2 Application of General Terms and Conditions

Orders made by the Client imply an acceptance of present general terms and conditions in their entirety.

3 Offer Validity

Our offers are available uniquely to consumers with a mailing address at their disposal outside of the listed countries.

Central African Republic, Comoros, Cuba, Falkland Islands, Guernsey, Guinea -Bissau, Heard Island and McDonald Islands, Honduras, Iran, Isle of Man, Jersey, Kiribati, Nauru, Netherlands Antilles, Niue, Norfolk Island,CNMI, Pitcairn, Russia, Sao Tome and Principe, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Somalia, South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands, Sudan, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Tuvalu, Western Sahara, Antarctica, Bouvet Island, The Indian Ocean Territory British, Christmas Island, Cocos ( Keeling), Åland Island.

The items visible on the site are available while stocks last.
RONDINI will contact clients by email in the event of an unavailable item.

4 Product Presentation

The products proposed for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible precision.
Nonetheless, if an error or omission has occurred in this presentation, RONDINI declines responsibility.

5 Product Prices

The product prices are presented in euros with tax included for Metropolitan France. The total VAT (sales tax) is indicated when the Client selects a product. If the VAT rate has just been modified, these changes can be passed on to the price of the items without further notice to the Client. RONDINI reserves the right to modify their prices at any time, but the products are billed based on the current price at the time of the order.

The product prices for non-EU countries are indicated not including taxes. Each order made on the Site and delivered to a non-EU country may be subject to further taxes and customs duty which are applied upon arrival of the package to its destination. Customs duty and further taxes associated with delivery are the responsibility of the Client. We are not required to verify nor inform you of customs duty and applicable taxes. Please note that by ordering from the Site, you are considered an official importer and required to respect all rules and regulations of the country in which you receive the merchandise. We insist that our clients be aware that trans-border deliveries may require procedure of opening and inspection by customs authorities.

6 Ordering and Secure Payment
6.1 : Payment

The client validates the order by following the steps below: This validation leads to an acceptance of the present general terms and conditions. A client interested in an article visible on the RONDINI site follows a procedure to establish the order. After clicking on the “Confirm” icon and after verifying the specificity of the order (colour, quantity, size, price, etc…), the client validates the choice of the product or products selected by the click.
At the time of a first order, the client must complete a form including the following information: title, surname, name, complete delivery address, email, birthdate, telephone number. At this time, the client creates a password. The client has the ability to pay with a credit card directly on the site. After validating a payment method, the client definitively and irrevocably validates the order to the effects indicated below.

Credit Card Payment on the Site
The client validates the delivery and billing address, the product and the total price.  He/she provides the credit card number associated with the expiration date and security code.  He/she finally validates by clicking on the “Confirm” button.

6.2 : Failure to Pay

RONDINI reserves the right to refuse completion of delivery or to honour an order coming from a consumer who has not totally paid or only partially paid for a previous order or who has an on-going process of payment litigation.

6.3 : Payment Verification

RONDINI controls all orders validated on the site.  These controls are designed to protect RONDINI from infractions by fraud.  Our services may ask you for necessary information to unblock your order:  proof of address or charges in your name, or other proof of address in the name of the person indicated for the mailing address etc… These demands will be made by email.

7 Payment Security

In order to provide payment security, the RONDINI site uses secured payment services from the bank Crédit du Nord. This service meets SSL (Secured Socket Layer) security requirements. Confidential information (16-digit credit card number and expiration date, security code) is directly transmitted encrypted on the bank’s server and without passing through the physical data carrier of the RONDINI site.
When an order is validated: 
Payment request is sorted simultaneously by the secured, on-line payment management. This management requires an authorization request from the credit card network. On-line management sends electronic justification conforming to measures of the civil code articles 1316. This justification proves the total and date of the transaction.

8 Identification

A client who has already completed a purchase through the RONDINI site can choose a password permitting him/her, for later purchases, to avoid filling out the forms preceding an order entry for a second time.
A client signed in is recognized as a RONDINI client. The password benefiting the RONDINI client is strictly confidential and personal. It should not be divulged or communicated to anyone.
In the event that the RONDINI client loses or forgets the password, he/she must inform the RONDINI site as soon as possible, who will then deliver a new password within 48 hours to fully substitute the previous one. In order to facilitate client identification by the simultaneous supply of the email address and password, the Client expressly authorizes RONDINI to put a cookie file onto the hard drive. The unique reason for this is to facilitate the aforementioned identification.

9 Delivery

The indicated delivery time has as a reference the order date and is presented according to the number of business days (Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays are not included in the calculation of delivery time).  In the case of force majeure, RONDINI cannot be held responsible for delivery delay.

9.1. Metropolitan France, Corsica and Luxembourg

Standard Home Delivery (Colissimo):
Delivery Time: 2 business days. The time is dictated by French postal service.

RONDINI is not responsible for delays during the handling.
For purchases exceeding 300 euros to the same address, the cost of delivery is offered (France).

FEDEX Delivery (abroad):
2 to 4 business days depending on the destination country.

Product prices for delivery to ALL NON-EU COUNTRIES are indicated not including sales tax. Any order made on the Site and delivered to NON-EU COUNTRIES may be subject to eventual taxes and customs duty that are imposed upon arrival of the package to its destination. Customs duty and eventual taxes associated with an item are the client’s charge and responsibility. We are not required to verify nor inform you of customs duty or applicable taxes. Please note that by ordering from the Site, you are considered an official importer and must respect all rules and regulations of the country where you receive the merchandise. We insist that our clients be aware that trans-border deliveries may require a procedure of opening and inspection by the customs authorities.

10 Customer Service

All items bought on the RONDINI site can be either exchanged or reimbursed (the value of the merchandise, but not the postage). To be accepted, returns must meet the following characteristics:

- Must never have been worn outside. The product must be brand new.
- Must be returned in its original packaging undamaged.
- Must be returned within 7 days upon reception of the order.
- Must follow the procedure below
RONDINI reserves the right to resend the merchandise if we notice any deterioration.

Return Procedure
- Contact us by telephone to explain the reason for the return.
- Please attach photos with sandals on your feet (front view, side view, 3/4 view) with the whole foot in the sandal to see the reason for return.
- Return postage of the pair at the expense of the client.
- New pair and postage at the expense of RONDINI.
Be aware, in the unusual event of a change of opinion, all postage is at the expense of the client. An exchange for an equally priced style does not lead to additional cost.

11 Handling of undelivered packages by our transport provider
11.1 : Returns due to undelivered packages caused by our transport provider:

Packages returned by the transport provider noted with: “No Longer Resides at the Indicated Address”.
After receiving and accepting your package, RONDINI will contact the client in order to send him/her the order if the product is still available. 
RONDINI reserves the right to proceed to reimbursement of the order (value of the merchandise without postage) and to not resend the order in the case of numerous address errors.

11.2 : Returns due to “Unclaimed Parcel”:

Packages not accepted by the client at the post office, or from the intermediary at a given     time:   After receiving and accepting your package by our services, RONDINI will contact the client in order to send him/her the order if the package is still available.  RONDINI reserves   the right to proceed with a reimbursement of the order and to not resend it in the case where many “UNCLAIMED PARCEL” notes have been identified.

11.3 : Returns for a shoe size change:

For a shoe size change, RONDINI accepts the expense of resending the package. 
If the client wants to change the style or the colour it is at his/her expense.

12 Responsibility

For all of the stages of access to the site: consulting, filling out forms, ordering, delivering articles or any other service, RONDINI has an obligation of means. Consequently, RONDINI cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience or inherent damage caused by using the internet network, totally outside the diligence and precautions taken by RONDINI. 
In particular, RONDINI cannot be held responsible for any perturbation in the provision of service, exterior intrusion or presence of computer virus. Nonetheless, RONDINI is completely exonerated by the Cour de Cassation (highest judicial body) law for any event deemed to fall under force majeure. The clients benefit from the guarantees issued by the brand displayed on the site.

13 Intellectual Property

All the elements on the RONDINI site, whether visual or sonar, also including the underlying technology, are protected by copyright, trademark and patent. 
They are the exclusive property of RONDINI.
All hyperlinks to the RONDINI site, notably using framing techniques, deep-linking, in-line linking or any other deep-linking techniques, are strictly forbidden in any event.

14 Personal Data

RONDINI, for service needs, reserves the right to collect personal data relative to site users, notably through cookies on the basis of article 8.
To this end, the RONDINI site is currently being registered by the CNIL (French data protection authority) under the number: En cours d’enregistrement.
RONDINI reserves the right among others to make the database collected on its site commercially available. 
In all cases, conforming to the law 78-17 from January 6, 1978, any site user or client can at any time oppose the commercial use of database and in addition, benefit from the right to access, rectify, or suppress data concerning him/her.
